On Friday 28th June St Kevin’s students can come on school in their favourite winter pj’s, beanie, gloves and most importantly sensible shoes (sneakers). You will need to bring in a gold coin for the luxury of wearing your snuggly pj’s. All money raised will go to the St Vincent de Paul Winter Appeal.
Remember there are many women, men and children who do not have this luxury. One in ten children in Australia are classified as homeless. Let’s work as a community to help close this gap.
Housing is a human right, but on any given night in Australia, more than 116 000 people are homeless.
