At St Kevin’s, students are engaged in a variety of Visual Arts, Music, Dance and Drama activities.
Regular learning experiences in creative arts are thoughtfully planned and sequenced to develop students’ skills and knowledge and understanding within the artforms. They also contribute to the development of the whole child.
Education in creative arts assists students in their lifelong learning in the visual arts, music, drama and dance. It also assists students to participate in and contribute to the cultural life of society.
Visual Arts, Music, Dance and Drama activities at St Kevin’s is informed by the NSW Creative Arts K–6 Syllabus for the Australian curriculum.
